Description

Oval. Twilled weave, black weft [sides]; for dye see 37-22-115. For reinforcement of [undyed] bottom of hamper and top of lid, cf. 37-22-136. Rim of hamper and of lid [oval] similarly reinforced. A second wrapped hoop encircles hamper near the rim; lid rests on this.
