Description

Woodblock print. Illustration from "Studio of the Mustard Seed Garden" a manual for artists, first printed in 1679. Prints 35-5-1 to 35-5-95 are from an edition printed before 1870. Landscape in circle. Garden among high cliffs; 2 story tower at bottom, deciduous trees on rocks at the right with mountainous cliff beyond. Poem at top. Black and grey.
