Description | Flattened bottom, body lentoid in profile. Short neck. Lip bevelled in profile. Handles are each a coil of clay with ends glued to shoulder, each rising to a triangular peak. Surface unglazed, wedged out highly polished decoratedbelow with groups of concentric wheel glazed lines around lower wall, solid rock pattern in glaze. Outer edge of handle a glazed. A wheel glazed band between handles and neck. Neck solidly glazed. Lip reserved, with one wheel glazed line. Interior of neck glazed. Glaze fired red. |
