Description

Socketed celt. Green patina. Part of the top has broken away. The celt is wedge-shaped, with a very slightly convex cutting edge and square socket. That it was cast in a two-piece mold is evident from the untrimmed seam running lengthwise around the object. Near the socket on one side is a loop.
