Narrow-necked jug with an ovate body, tapered neck, missing rim, 1 strap handle extending from the neck to the body, and a flat base. The vessel has a molded/modeled face on the neck with large ears/ear spools, eyes, nose, and mouth. There are two arms in relief on the body and rests on a protrusion in the body. There appears to be a burnished finish on the exterior. The vessel was likely fired in a reducing atmosphere as the surface is black and the interior is gray in color.
