Description | Wide piece of bamboo, ends lapped to form circle; money pelt and 2 tails attached; small, multi-colored parrot feathers attached to fur with bits of wax; 2 tall red macaw feathers stick up from frame, smaller black and white feathers attached at top by wax, at bottom by pink cord and black wax cord.
