Description | Shape: Carinated cup with cylindrical upper section and conical lower section, with one strap handle. Fabric: fine, very pale brown (10YR 7/4) clay with very dark gray (N3/ ) paint and decoration in added white (10YR 8/2) paint. Decoration: Painted, inside and out, including resting surface. Strip under handle unpainted. Added white paint: three horizontal bands on body; bands on top of handle. Condition: Restored from fragments; some sherds missing, including most of handle. |
