Description | Pottery; base damaged. Fabric and technique like MS891, but exterior, the interior of the foot for a distance of 0.05m, and the upper surface of the rim is covered with a cream slip. Handmade. Over slip red bands on upper surface of rim on exterior; inside the foot a red zigzag. Concave portion of upper surface is polished and ornamented toward rim with eight triangular perforations and toward the center with concentric grooves. Two string holes. |
