Description

Vermeule: Carnelian. Intaglio. (Modern Gold Ring Setting) A heroic figure of a shepard seated to left, leaning on his staff. A goat appears beneath his feet and pipes hang on tree behind him. A palm lies on ground in front of the rock on which he places his right foot. He is, perhaps, Paris dreaming of Helen. Neo-Classic
