Description | Sommerville: A bearded head. Tenerae, Case ZZ. Vermeule: Shell. Cameo. (Unmounted) Draped bust of an elderly man of the St. Jerome type to right. His head is thrown back and the gaze is directed heavenward. Probably 16th or 17th century with decidedly Baroque flavor. |
