Description | Shape: Conical jar with side spout and two horizontal coil handles. Fabric: Medium textured, pink (7.5YR 7/4) clay with decoration in red (2.5YR 5/6) to black paint and added white (poorly preserved) paint. Self-slipped. Decoration: Interior unpainted. Handles and spout painted. Bands on body, with foliate bands (FM 64) on handle-zone. Resting surface unpainted. Added white bands on dark bands on body, perhaps othe decorations as well. Condition: Restored from fragments. Some sherds missing. Surface eroded, especially the added white paint. |
