Description:
Highly decorated scissor or trimming device, made of brass with ivory and glass inlays. P-shaped handles interlock, with cutting edge on the inside of the P; also embellished with flower-shaped mirrored pendants and stylized animal forms on the ends of the handles. Found in Asian section storage rooms without a number - 11/91 JLW
