| Description | Sue-ware (須恵器). Lid of wide flat round covered dish (杯蓋). Bottom has raised inner lip. Gritty grey clay. Surface of lid and part of bottom black and shiny. Small brown circle on lid with area around and below remaining grey. Markings on surface as if it was turned. Both unevenly potted. Large chip in edge of lid. |
