Description | White oval mask with large oval holes for eyes, round red holes for nostrils, and open red-lipped mouth with pink gums and eight big teeth, four above and four below. Arched eyebrows and suggestions of creases around nose and chin drawn in black. Small circle on forehead slightly to one side. Probably a comic mask for the Balinese Topeng dance drama. |
