Description | Red and white ware (White confined to two small panels, one small pointed oval surrounding small monkey heads in high relief on shoulder of jar; one oblong as backing for slender tail in low relief on opposite shoulder). Squat ovoid, with short neck with horizontal flange at lip. Restored from many sherds. Similar to Lothrop COCLE, fig. 302, p. 153 |
