Story of the 47 Ronin, one of three scrolls. Long scroll unrolls right to left - narrative style. 56 sections of character writing which are numbered in pencil. Some of these characters, primarily men, appear on both the interior and the exterior of a building; some men are seen in a parade. In the last scene, there are tombstones and lanterns.
