Description:
Ceramic unglazed head broken off at neck. Small hole on back side has been filled with white plaster(?) into which a metal hook has been set. Snail shell curls are well defined spirals for hair. Joined brows. Urna. Raised hair band. Double lines defining lips. very low, subtle usnisa. Probably 9th or 10th century.
