Free "Make Music Philly" Concert
Sheena Grier
The Penn Museum joins in the city-wide "Make Music Philly" festival with this FREE performance. Sheena Grier takes the stage with her smooth personal blend of hip-hop and soulful R&B in the Penn Museum's outdoor Warden Garden. She performs an energetic set of music including songs from her newly released mix-tape, Roller Coaster Ride. Free admission.

"Make Music Philly" will be the first city-wide free, "do it yourself" festival – including organized concerts and informal performances, by professionals and amateurs of all genres and ages. World Music Day is a global celebration that takes place on the summer solstice each year and for the first time ever, the "city of brotherly love" will join with over 500 other cites world-wide to celebrate music.
