Register to join a free Vinyasa yoga class on Saturday, September 12, 2009.

Persistent yoga practice opens energetic pathways in the body, simultaneously improving flexibility, mobility, concentration, and feelings of personal wellbeing.  Join our practice, engaging together surrounded by history, discovering truth within ourselves.

Three class times are available to choose from and all classes will be taught by Certified Yoga Teacher, Lauren Brown.

Class Times:
9:00am- 10:30pm
1:00pm - 2:30pm
3:00pm - 4:30pm

Registration required and class sizes are limited. Similar yoga classes are held every Wednesday evening at $12 per class.
