West Wing Renovations–Week 9

At long last, the air conditioning units for the West Wing arrived on November 18.  Just a tad tricky to bring them up over the wall, into the Upper Garden, and then–

–down a specially prepared shaft.  Ah, can’t you feel the cool breeze already?
