CultureFest!CultureFest! celebrates the diversity of our region through tours, performances, discussions, crafts, and more. Join our signature in-person festival at the Museum and connect at home with themed virtual programs. Learn from local artists and community organizations as we explore global cultural traditions and illuminate our shared humanity.
Let new beginnings bloom this spring with a Nowruz celebration, in collaboration with the Drexel University Persian Student Association. Nowruz, or “new day” in Persian, is an ancient festival marking the start of spring. Celebrate the Persian New Year with friends and family and learn how the holiday is observed by people in the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and beyond. Throughout the day, enjoy cultural performances, art-making, tours, storytelling, hands-on workshops, and a Persian bazaar.
During our CultureFest! celebration, face coverings are required for everyone (age 2+) while inside the Museum.
