Presented the first Tuesday morning of the month, October through April, Museum Playdates are designed to ignite a young child’s imagination. Geared for families with children ages 3 to 6, Museum Playdates feature illustrated stories told in Museum galleries, hands-on reproduction artifacts, and make-and-take art activities—plus a snack! During Does a Mouse Live in a House?, children discover The Town Mouse and the Country Mouse by Helen Ward and explore the Rome Gallery.
