Take a weekly trip around the world from the comfort of your own home! The Penn Museum's World Wonders morning summer series celebrates the diversity of the world’s cultures through live virtual interactive workshops and activities for school-aged children and their families. Many of our workshops include activities that you can make with us while watching at home. Check the program descriptions for recommended materials so you are ready to make and create with us.

Coins can do more than make you wealthy! Discover more about the materials, symbols, and making process of coins to learn about the messages they carry. Participate in interactive conversations and discuss coins from your daily life. Assist our Museum educator in creating a “class coin,” and work on your own coin with a design that sends a message meant to be seen by the world!
*Recommended Materials: Paper, writing utensils, scissors, and tape/glue.
