Inspired by the light and leadership of Zora Neale Hurston’s visionary work, this Crawl Out Thursday is co-hosted by YallaPunk, a Philadelphia-based cultural arts organization that is redefining the narrative for Southwest Asian North African individuals through the arts.

Come experience a series of performance works engaging the topics of diaspora, home, and identity. Featuring Arab-American genderqueer punk poet-performer Andrea Abi-Karam; experimental writer, educator and performance poet Maryan Nagy Captan; and Egyptian American poet, actor, and performance artist Becca Khalil. This evening will also incorporate both a collaborative performance from Roger Mgrdichian and Julius Masri, as well as the talents of DJ Rana Ransom. Come through, experience great performances, and meet friends old and new.

Admission: $15; cash bar available.
