Relâche in Residence: American Experimental Masters

Relâche, Philadelphia’s renowned new music octet, presents "American Experimental Masters: Ashley and Wolff" with guest vocalist Thomas Buckner. The program includes Relâche's commission "Outcome Inevitable" by Robert Ashley (1930–2014) and Christian Wolff's "37 Haiku", featuring the baritone voice of Thomas Buckner. “Group Improvisation” (guided by Thomas Buckner); “World War III (Just the Highlights)” by Ashley and “For Grete” by Wolff complete the afternoon.
Ticketed guests may visit the Museum galleries from 2:00 to 3:00 pm (does not include specially ticketed exhibition). Tickets are available online in advance, or at the door, while supplies last. (Tickets for students with ID are available only at the door: $5 includes free admission for a second student)
Tickets are $15 General Admission; $10 Museum Members in advance or at the door ;$5 for students at the door only.
