P.M. @ Penn Museum: Trinidelphia

Wednesday 07 September 2016
5:00PM - 8:00PM
Penn Museum

Wind down the summer series with Trinidelphia’s blend of Trinidadian Soca, Calypso, Latin jazz, reggae, salsa, and American top 40. Trinidelphia has been pleasing local audiences since 2005 with a perfect combination of American and Caribbean styles. Their unique and rhythmic arrangements of jazz and popular songs cast the steelpan in fresh new light, pushing the stylistic and artistic boundaries of an often-typecast instrument.

This performance is part of the P.M. @ Penn Museum Summer Nights concert series, where each week brings a new musical experience to the Museum’s outdoor garden courtyard. Concerts are presented every Wednesday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 pm, and move indoors during inclement weather.

Admission is $10, $5 PennCard holders, Penn Medicine / CHOP employees with ID

Free for Museum members, student PennCard holders, and children 5 and younger
