Description

Sommerville: Rhone Pebble. A Warrior with Dolphin Helmet. Greek and Roman Cameos, Case VV. Vermeule: Rhone Pebble. Ren. Portrait Cameo. Bust of a Renaissance General in elaborate helmet in form of head of dolphin facing to left (long flowing beard). XVIth century.
