Description
Quirt, elk horn handle studded with brass tacks. Lash wrapped above with red flannel, inserted in end and pegged in. Broad wrist band of blue flannel edged with grey-blue braid and with center strip of Rocky Mountain goat skin. Pasta Kan-quirt, waskasev ais-kan-elkhorn.
