Description | Civil official rank badge, third rank. Blue square cloth embroidered with silk thread and couched with gold thread. At the center a peacock, looking backwards towards the sun, stands with wings spread on a rock among waves with two pearls. The background is filled in with gold around blue, green and orange clouds. A Greek fret border is couched in gold. Made in two halves which are stitched together. Damage at one upper and one lower corner. |
