Description
Muzzle loading Musket/Long Rifle - "Kabyle Camel gun" / "Makhala" or "Mekhala". Long narrow steel barrel with steel ramrod in place held by silver barrel bands. Steel snaphauce firing mechanism, ignited by flint (not present). Bone/ivory inlay and cutout metal design. On underside and trigger decorated with niello ornamentation in black, blue and red. Wood stock - type unkown/broken.
