Description

Light green patina. Hollow cylindrical socket, oopen at top and bottom and pierced by two holes at opposite sides for a nail to fasten it in place on a wooden shaft. The upper end of this socket tapers slightly and then splits into two hornlike curves ending in single claws. Decorated by ridges.
