Description
Bronze furniture attachment: panther. Smooth dark green patina. Panther rests its forelegs in a horizontal position while standing on its back legs. Right flank and front shoulder are decorated each with an impressed irregular circle with raised striations. Both front legs and both back legs are conceived as single units with no suggestion of separation except when viewed from below. Tail forms an arc over the rump and passes between the hind legs.
