Description | Low, conical profile. Small, nearly cylindrical, solid knob. Underside and outer edge unglazed. Around edge of top a broad band of metallic black glaze on which is painted in white a very simplified egg-and-dart pattern. Area within band reserved and painted in glaze with a line of quirks. Knob unglazed except top. Pinkish buff clay. Intact. |
