Description

Sommerville: Sard. An ancient gymnastic troupe. Nymphs exercising. Intaglios and Their Imprints, Case CCC. Vermeule: Pale Yellow sard. Intaglio. (Unmounted) Six figures, some of them female engaged in gymnastic exercise. Neo-Classic, imitating a Graeco-Roman or Gnostic stone.
