Obv: Head of Pietas (?) r., wearing oak wreath, cruciform earring and necklace; hair in knot and falling down neck (usually w/jewels in hair)

Rev: Victory advancing r., carrying winged caduceus, Gallic trophy and palm branches; L. HOSTILIUS [SASERNA]
