Description

Wall fragment of large open bowl (deinos?). Interior covered with black glaze. Exterior: above, in zone, a deer (lacking upper foreparts) advancing to right, rosettes etc. in field; below, zone of large lotus flowers alternating with ivy leaves (?). Bands set off zones. Ray pattern below.
