Description
Unmade, red, cotton skirt. Large plaid made by triple pin stripes of blue and white with four groups of crooswise bands containing narrow blue and white ikat stripes.
As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp: 30 epi, single, Z twist, red cotton on two singles, Z twist, white and blue cotton. Weft: 52 ppi, single, Z twist, red and white cotton. Two singles, Z twist, blue cotton. One single, Z twist, blue/white jaspe cotton. Balanced plain weave. Woven on a treadle loom."
