Description | Youthful satyr, pointed ears, short hair, no beard, nude, no tail. Weight on proper left foot. Right arm at side, hand touching side of right thigh. Left arm raised high, elbow bent, holding in hand a huge bunch of grapes reaching from hand to elbow. Circular bent 0.015 m. in diam. in middle of back. Body hollow, arms and legs solid. Clay brownish, darker at core. Covered with white overlaid with a rosy red color, quite well preserved. Arms and legs (below upper thighs) broken off and repaired, otherwise intact. |
