Description

Applique: Bust of Herakles. Bust cleaned in 1966. There is a hole for modern nail at the back. Bust protrudes from a round flat base hollowed at the back. Herakles, wearing a lipn's skin over his head and tied by the paws at his chest, looks out towards left. Grooves decorate the base, and emphasize the lion's skin and Herakles' features.
