Female figure in relief: tongue out, four-fingered hands on chest, legs with three-toed feet flexed. Flanked, originally, by two fully-carved figures, in profile one above the other, on each side. Head of top figure on right side missing, head of top figure on left detached. Lower figure on left missing. Reverse: large face, in relief. Whole object very much damaged: appears to have been coated with wax (to arrest deterioration?).
