Description | Round aryballos. Buff ware. Red painted decoration. Glaze on aperture, enclosed by wide stripe and narrow stripe overlapping rim. Another stripe at lower edge of rim. Row of dots between stripes. Tongues on shoulder, twisted to the right. Body at center: zone of alternate dots bordered above and below by three bands. On bottom at center two thin concentric circles, with another circle further out. |
