Description

Coconut shell overmolded with clay: protruding nose, chin, forehead, ears. Large cowrie shells also inlaid from brow across top of head to back (originally six, two now missing). Nassa shells inlaid around eyes, across forehead, under mouth. Black, with incised decoration (spirals, arcs) colored red and white.
