Description

Pottery; small breaks. Fabric like MS977. Black at core, mottled red and black on surface. Handmade. Good polish. The two strands of clay, of which either handle is composed, are notched at the point where they separate to join the base. Horizontal grooves on high rim. Very small knobs on shoulder midway between handles.
