Description
White steatite, brown remains of glaze. Inscribed: Amen Re (?) Lord. A lotus (?) plant overhangs the inscription.
Oren: “Scarab.”
“Description: White steatite with traces of yellow glaze. Prothorax and wing-case indicated with sun-disc on each side of the elytra.
Design. The sign Amen-Ra followed by a horizontal line with several vertical strokes; on the top and bottom are neb signs. The scarab is assigned by Rowe in the field catalogue to the late XVIIIth or XIXth Dynasty.”
