Description | Tzute grande, used by both men and women to wrap tortillas, white with basket stripe, woven cross stripes of red, dark blue, light blue, green and yellow with white warps floated on the back and colored wefts floated on the front, short fringe on ends. As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp: 48 epi, single, Z-twist white. Weft: 36 ppi, single, Z-twist, white. Singles and doubles in overshot. Made on a floor loom." |
