| Description | Beaked metal blade, both the back and the cutting edge concave and sharp; projection on each side of flat tang, which extends the full length of the wooden grip, lentoid in section, with concave edges, to a deep groove 4.2 cm. from the blade; from the groove to the end, the grip is almost circular in section. |
