Description | Fighting arrow. Hardwood point, 8 barbs, one side only. Some of this type have a double row of barbs. Incised design at bottom along non barbed edge. No foreshaft. Wood for point is not as hard and tough as that used for hunting arrows, so it will break off easily in the victim. Hook shaped barbs make it impossible to remove by pulling out; must be pushed on through or surgically cut out. Made by Kobarara Yangkap. Purchased from maker. |
