Description

Iron bladed arrow (karang bat) (type karang = [malay] parang; machete). Separate foreshaft. Blade filed from a grass knife (whip). Modern analogue to 89-17-19 and 89-17-20. Used for large animals. made by Johannis Yangdem, Ninati clan, Ambuan village, Iran Jaya, living in Dome refugee camp. Purchased from maker 1/16/89.
