Description

Fragment of child's tunic.

Warp: \/ wool; red.

Weft: \\ wool; red: Pat.: \\ linen; ud: \\ wool; green, yellow.

Technique: Cloth, brocaded in linen and wool applied to green wool tapestry cloth with ud wool.

Brocaded band carries zig-zag with interstitual half circles enclosing petals.
