Description

Point, awl, bec or adze (へら状石器). Triangle with long point. Thick at center. Dark brown stone. 13163 and 13147 are similar in shape and form. Wide cutting edge may have been used for scraping, cutting, or digging. End of both specimens is broken off. Assigned a broad date range from Late Paleolithic to Yayoi because of insufficient context.
